  OK - I have more time to write now. Last week, Aidan had what is known as Oral Allergy Syndrome. Google it for a detailed explanation. But in a nutshell, pollen allergies can cross react to fruits & vegetables that have the same protein stands as the pollen. Makes your mouth itchy, sometimes lips swell (Aidan had this). Rarely is it dangerous, benedryal takes care of it. When we went to the allergist to follow up, he did further tests, which showed he is also allergic to green peas!!! Which he hates, BTW. Green peas are in the legume family, and so are peanuts & beans - which he is currently NOT allergic to, but we need to watch.

  Busy, as usual. We have baseball, swimming, karate, school's almost over (yahoo - according to Aidan) and a laundry list of things to do coming up. I need to pencil in "down time" on our calendar!

  Well we had Aidan's nose cauterized (again). My God he handled it so much better than we ever would. ENT said this will be an on-going type of thing & was pleased Aidan did so well & didn't have a bad experience. Way to go Aidan!~

  Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone. What an awesome year the kids have had - so many memories, so many good times. We are truly thankful for all we have. And thank you all for being a part of this amazing journey. 2008 had its highs and lows and I am sure 2009 will too! But, as always, we MUST keep moving forward, there is too much to see waiting in front of me (Jimmy Buffett & a Disney reference for those who are paying attention). Happy 2009!

  Well Merry Christmas!!!! we had an awesome time (as always). Kathy's on Christmas Eve & at home on Christmas Day. As luck would have it, my pc has crashed & I am working off of a spare one. Getting pictures off my camera is going to be a challenge!! Hopefully i will have all our holiday photos posted in the next day or two...I really, really hope!!

  Hhmmm, it's been a while since I posted an update. Let's see....WE'RE BUSY!!! That about sums it up! We've been down the shore; to see the Thomas the Tank show; Aidan is back to school; Debbie got married; to see Walking with Dinosaurs; Denise & Tom went to Hawaii (lucky, lucky, lucky); Aidan has a new tooth, but his baby tooth failed to fall out!; we're planning our next TWO Disney trips; and I am sure I am forgetting something! Lots of new photos, so grab a cup of coffee and hang out for a while :-)
